Registration Fee/Refund/Cancellation Policy

A one-time $25 non-refundable registration fee will be added to each family receipt. Payment must be paid prior to the first lesson.

           If you register for lessons between April 1-April 30, 2026 and need to withdraw your child thereafter you will be eligible for a 50% refund if canceled by May 15, 2026.

Cancellations for registration requests received after May 15, 2026
will NOT be eligible for a refund.

No refunds will be granted once your child's lesson has started and/or is completed.

POLICY: If you switch a previously scheduled 2026 Summer lesson from your originally scheduled slot to an open time slot with less than 24-hours notice then a $15 charge will be added to your family invoice.

A wait list option is available and you will be notified on a first-come basis if a slot does open.

Swim Level & Experience*
Parent's Name*
Home Mailing Address*
Home Phone Number & Cell Phone Number*
Lesson Type: 30-minute Private; 45-minute Family Lesson; 60-minute Family Lesson*

2. GO TO THE "OPEN SPOTS" PAGE AND REVIEW YOUR OPTIONS.

3. LIST 8-10 LESSON DATES & 3 TIME CHOICES

Example:
Choice #1: June 6, 13, 20, 27 & July 18, 25, August 1, 8  at 9:00 a.m. 
Choice #2: All June, July & August dates at 11:00 a.m.                                                Choice #3: June 6, 13, 21; July 11,18, 25 & August 1, 8 at 1:00 p.m.
