Registration Fee/Refund/Cancellation Policy

A one-time $25 non-refundable registration fee will be added to each family receipt. Payment must be paid prior to the first lesson.

           If you register for lessons between April 1-April 30, 2025 and need to withdraw your child thereafter you will be eligible for a 50% refund if canceled by May 15, 2025.

Cancellations for registration requests received after May 15, 2025
will NOT be eligible for a refund.

No refunds will be granted once your child's lesson has started and/or is completed.

POLICY: If you switch a previously scheduled 2025 Summer lesson from your originally scheduled slot to an open time slot with less than 24-hours notice then a $15 charge will be added to your family invoice.

A wait list option is available and you will be notified on a first-come basis if a slot does open.

REGISTRATION  STEPS

1. PROVIDE in the Message* box:

Child's Name & Birthdate*
Swim Level & Experience*
Parent's Name*
Home Mailing Address*
Home Phone Number & Cell Phone Number*
Lesson Type: Private, Semi-Private, or Family Lesson*

2. GO TO THE "OPEN SPOTS" PAGE AND REVIEW YOUR OPTIONS.

3. LIST AT LEAST 3 LESSON DATE & TIME CHOICES

Example:
Choice #1: June 8, 15, 22, 29 at 2:00 p.m. 
Choice #2: June, July & August Saturdays at 4:45 p.m.                                                Choice #3: July 20 & 27; August 3 & 10 at 5:30 p.m.
